John McCann is the owner of both John A. McCann and Associates Real Estate Appraisers, and C.A. McCann & Sons, Inc. Realtors. John has extensive experience and knowledge of the real estate industry through commercial/residential appraisals, real estate sales and rentals, along with a full-service property management company. As a past president of the Cape May County Association of Realtors and Realtor of the Year, John has a very clear understanding of the ins and outs of the MLS system. He is a member of both the New Jersey Real Estate Appraisal Board and the Cape May County Tax Board. After graduating LaSalle College in 1984, John went on to become the Captain of the Wildwood Beach Patrol.

Steve Waters is General Manager of both John A. McCann & Associates and C.A. McCann & Sons Inc. Realtors. From commercial and residential appraisals, to sales and rentals, to agent, appraiser and project oversight to educational and industry involvement, Steve offers clients a unique blend of knowledge and experience in many aspects of real estate. He previously served a board member and Treasurer of the Cape May County Association of REALTORS® and the Cape May County Multiple Listing Service. After graduating summa cum laude from Villanova University in 1993 with a B.S. in Accountancy, Steve began his professional career in the auditing department of Ernst & Young, L.P. in Philadelphia, PA. From there he also spent 10 years in public relations/special event marketing prior to embarking on a career in real estate.
